We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Data is stored on secured servers (MongoDB Atlas). Uploaded files are stored on Cloudinary with access controls.
We use session cookies necessary for account authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings but this may affect site functionality.
We use the following processors: MongoDB Atlas (database), Cloudinary (file storage), ZeptoMail (transactional email), Paystack and PayPal (payments). Each has its own privacy policy governing their data handling.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us via the in-platform messaging system or at support@essaydonkey.com to exercise these rights.
Order data is retained for 24 months to support revision requests and quality assurance. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support.
